Mushroom broth

Scallop sashimi or silken tofu, wakame salad, mooli and cucumber
Teriyaki king prawns or oyster mushrooms and pumpkin, soba noodles with Isle of Wight smoked garlic, carrot and pickled ginger salad
Chocolate mouse matcha tart, sour cherries
Sinodun Hill cheesepear jelly, sesame crackers
