- 100ml Irish whiskey liqueur
- 330ml bottle Harry’s Alcoholic Tea
- 1 tsp bitters
- Ice
- 6 sherry or small glasses
This is a simple one and great to do quickly as the guests start coming through the door, wanting your attention. There’s no great secret to it, but it is a great combination, especially considering the food they will go on to enjoy.
In a cocktail shaker, combine 50ml whiskey liqueur, 1 tsp bitters, 330ml iced tea, with ice. Shake and drain into six small glasses. You can freeze the sherry glasses first to give it a bit more of a refreshing chill.
