The Stanley Arts’ Seasonal Supper Club menu (18.10.2025)

 

Click on the below courses for the individual recipes:

 

Mushroom soup, honeyed golden chanterelles 

Cashel blue, pear, chicory, sourdough croutons  

Garlic and chilli king prawns or aubergine, 

pumpkin, potato, purple kale

apple, crumble, creme fraiche, cherry brandy 

Baron Bigod, autumnal chutney, crackers 

Petit fours

Created and cooked by myself, the supper club starts at 7.30pm and is a slow and delicious evening of savouring homemade, locally produced and/or homegrown food, and maybe evening making a new friend or two. Drinks can be purchased from the theatre bar in advance and there is a corkage option if you fancy bringing a particular bottle.
