The menu for the 3rd August Greek-inspired supper club was a six-course celebration of summer. Here you will find the menu, recipes and a time plan to cook it at home. Tapenade, taramasalata/aubergine dip and pitta crackers
Whipped feta with tomatoes, red onion, oregano, dill and cucumber, sourdough
Baked sea bream/courgettes with tahini dressing with spinach filo pie, flower salad, tzatziki
Honey and orange blossom cheesecake, blackberries
Cornish yarg, watermelon, flatbread

I put monthly supper clubs on at the Brown and Green Cafe on Church Street, Crystal Palace. A ticket is £55 and includes an after dinner tipple.
