I will be holding a BYOB six-course tasting menu supper club at my home in SE20. There are only eight places and I will be exploring the best food the supper season can offer, with more than a nod to the produce in my garden.
It is £65 per person and it is bring your own bottle. The evening starts at 7.30pm and will end at 11pm. You can book either the pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan menu, and the actual menu will be revealed on the evening, but expect lots of refreshing summer dishes, seafood, salads, pavlova and a cheese course, as well as an amuse bouche and petit fours.
I have put summer clubs on in the SE20 area for the last 3 years – first at Brown and Green on the triangle, and now in South Norwood, at Stanley Arts, and in Beckenham, as well as at my home. I am a trained chef, and have a health and hygiene rating of five.
